We hope you love what you ordered from and want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchased. But if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us within 48 hours of purchase for an exchange. All we ask for is that you return the item to us in it’s original and un-spoilt condition together with your receipt and a valid dispatch note. Due to health and hygiene reasons, the above policy does not apply to earrings, body jewelry e.t.c. Please note that there are few exceptions outlined below:


  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer exchanges on pierced and metal plated jewelry if the original packaging and hygiene seal has been removed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Sale items purchased online can be fully exchanged by using a third party delivery service provider or in any of our store outlets nationwide within 48hours of receiving the goods.

Please be aware that the prices displayed on our site are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). Delivery/shipping costs will be added to the total amount due and must be paid for in advance. The applicable delivery costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. Due to the large number of products on our site, it is always possible that some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced, despite our best efforts. If we discover that there is a pricing error, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it or reject your order and notify you of the rejection.
